- Any delays in delivery will be communicated promptly, along with a revised timeline.
3. Revisions & Adjustments
- We offer up to two free revisions for campaign adjustments after delivery to ensure the client’s satisfaction.
- Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges, which will be discussed and approved by the client beforehand.
4. Payments & Billing
- All payments are securely processed through Stripe on our website (clickvibemedia.com). This ensures transparency, security, and convenience for both parties.
- Full payment is required before work begins, in accordance with our policies.
- Refunds and revisions follow our refund policy. If you are not satisfied with the results after any included revisions, please contact us directly via email (info@clickvibemedia.com) to discuss solutions.
5. Confidentiality & Data Protection
- We respect your privacy and ensure that any sensitive business data, including login credentials for Google Ads, Google My Business, or analytics platforms, is securely stored and protected.
- Your business data will never be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
6. Performance & Results
- While we guarantee professional and best-practice marketing services, specific outcomes such as sales, leads, or customer growth cannot be guaranteed due to various external factors (e.g., competition, market changes, consumer behavior).
- We do, however, provide monthly performance reports that highlight key metrics and offer recommendations for ongoing improvements.
7. Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate the service agreement with 14 days’ written notice.
- In the event of early termination, any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed accordingly, and any outstanding payments must be settled before the final handover of deliverables.
8. Ethical Marketing Practices
- At Click Vibe Media, we adhere strictly to ethical marketing practices, following guidelines set by advertising platforms such as Google Ads.
- We do not engage in black-hat SEO techniques, spammy ad tactics, or misleading advertising. All campaigns are conducted with integrity and respect for both clients and customers.

- For long-term clients, we offer ongoing campaign management, monthly check-ins, and continuous optimization services to ensure campaigns remain effective over time.
- Clients are encouraged to share any feedback or concerns during our ongoing support to further tailor our approach to their needs.
