3. Client Obligations

  • The client must provide accurate information and materials necessary for the completion of services, including access to relevant accounts.
  • The client is responsible for ensuring that any marketing content provided does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
  • Clients agree to respond promptly to communication from Click Vibe Media to facilitate timely project completion.

4. Payments

  • All payments are securely processed through Stripe on our website. Following our policies, full payment is required upfront before the commencement of any services.
  • Additional fees may apply for extra services not included in the original agreement. The client will discuss and agree upon these before proceeding.
  • Refunds and revisions are handled by our refund policy. We encourage clients to review all service details and terms carefully before purchasing. For questions or concerns, please contact us directly.

5. Revisions & Adjustments

  • Up to two free revisions are included in each service package to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.

6. Service Delivery

  • We aim to deliver all services within the timeframe specified in the agreement. However, delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity and client responsiveness.
  • Delays in providing necessary information or approvals may affect the delivery schedule. Any such delays will be promptly communicated.

7. Confidentiality & Data Security

  • Click Vibe Media is committed to protecting the confidentiality of all client information. Any data shared with us for service delivery will be securely stored and not shared with third parties without explicit client consent, except when required by law.
  • Clients are advised to provide account credentials securely. Click Vibe Media implements best practices for data security, including encryption and access restrictions, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, logos, and content provided by the client for marketing purposes remain the property of the client.
  • Click Vibe Media retains the right to use any materials created by us (e.g., ad copy, designs) until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership of these materials transfers to the client.
  • We may use examples of completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise requested by the client.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Click Vibe Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
  • Our total liability under these Terms and Conditions will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services rendered.

10. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice 14 days in advance.
  • Upon termination, any work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly, and any outstanding payments must be settled.
  • Click Vibe Media reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately if unethical or illegal activities are identified in connection with the client’s business.

11. Updates to Terms

  • Click Vibe Media may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes and continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Northern Territory, Australia. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be resolved in the courts of Northern Territory, Australia.
